Pediatric Occupational Therapist Full-Time In-Clinic, no travel required

A pediatric occupational therapist (OT) helps children develop and improve the skills they need to participate in daily life, school, and community activities. At STS, the OT would work with children from birth to adolescence, and their responsibilities include:
Assessing needs: Reviewing medical histories, asking questions, and observing children to determine their needs and goals
Creating treatment plans: Developing and implementing plans to help children reach their goals
Performing activities: Leading physical and mental activities to help children develop or regain skills
Recording progress: Tracking a child's progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Collaborating with others: Working with pediatricians, physical therapists, special education teachers, and the child's family to ensure therapy is tailored to their needs

Registered Behavior Technician Full-Time In-Clinic, no travel required

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a clinic setting is responsible for implementing behavior, analytic services and executing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBT‘s work directly with clients, carrying out interventions that aim to influence behaviors positively. They are in instrumental in teaching new skills and reducing problematic behaviors in various settings. RBT‘s collect data during therapy sessions, which is essential for assessing the effectiveness of the interventions and making necessary adjustments. They also form significant bonds with their clients and provide support that goes beyond simple instruction and monitoring.
This position requires the applicant to currently hold certification as an RBT. The applicant must have at least (1) year of experience working with children and a clear background check.
