Infant/Mother Feeding and Support Therapy

Southern Therapy Solutions provides specialized Infant/Mother Feeding and Support Therapy, led by our International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). This service is designed to offer comprehensive education, assistance, and guidance for new mothers and their infants facing a wide range of feeding challenges.

We address concerns such as weight gain issues, milk supply management, and nipple-related problems, including pain, cracking, or mastitis. Support extends to both breast and bottle-fed infants, tackling aversions, feeding refusals, and bottle selection difficulties. Our team also provides expertise in holistic methods to increase milk supply, managing tongue, lip, or buccal ties, and navigating formula choices or infant allergies.

In addition to feeding support, we help mothers transition into new phases of life, such as returning to work, addressing stressors, and adjusting to motherhood.
